A2P 10DLC Compliance

Carriers block unregistered traffic. I run the whole A2P 10DLC filing so your SMS actually lands, usually inside a week.

The problem

What this fixes.

  • Your campaign was rejected and the error message explains nothing.
  • Messages show as sent but never arrive.
  • You are being charged carrier filtering fees on undelivered traffic.
  • Nobody on your team wants to touch TCR, Twilio and the Campaign Registry.

What you get

Exactly what's delivered.

  • Brand registration and verification with The Campaign Registry
  • Campaign filing written the way carriers actually approve
  • Opt-in language, privacy policy and terms wording that passes review
  • Twilio / LeadConnector sub-account configuration
  • Resubmission and appeal handling for previously rejected filings
  • Post-approval delivery testing across major carriers
  • A compliance summary you can hand to a future auditor

Typical delivery: 3–7 days

Questions

Before you get in touch.

  • My registration was already rejected twice. Can you fix it?

Yes — that is the most common reason people call me. I audit the existing filing, rewrite the brand and campaign details, and resubmit.

  • Do I need a privacy policy on my website?

Yes. Carriers check for it, along with visible opt-in language. If you do not have one, I supply compliant wording as part of the filing.

  • How much does A2P registration cost in fees?

Carrier and Campaign Registry fees are billed by them, not me - usually a one-off brand fee plus a small monthly campaign charge. I tell you the current figures before we file so there are no surprises.

  • Can you register a brand outside the US?

Yes. Non-US brands can register, and I handle the extra verification steps that come with it. Delivery rules still follow the destination country, which I will walk you through.

  • How many campaigns do I need?

Most businesses need one or two - typically a customer care campaign and, if you run promotions, a marketing campaign. Filing more than you use costs money every month, so I scope this deliberately.

  • What happens after approval?

I run delivery tests across the major carriers so we know real messages are landing, not just that the paperwork cleared. You also get a compliance summary you can hand to an auditor or a new agency later.
