CRM & Pipeline Setup

A CRM only works when it matches how your team actually sells. I map your real sales motion, then build the pipeline around it.

The problem

What this fixes.

  • Deals live in someone’s head, a spreadsheet and three inboxes.
  • Nobody can answer “how much is in the pipeline right now?”
  • Leads sit in a stage for weeks with no next action.
  • Your CRM has 40 unused fields and no one trusts the data.

What you get

Exactly what's delivered.

  • Sales process mapping session — stages that match how you actually close
  • Pipeline build with entry and exit criteria for every stage
  • Custom fields, tags and lead source tracking that stay clean
  • Automated stage movement driven by real activity, not manual dragging
  • Task creation, reminders and rep assignment rules
  • Lead scoring so the team works the right leads first
  • Team training session and a written operating guide

Questions

Before you get in touch.

  • Can you migrate our existing contacts?

Yes. I map, de-duplicate and import your existing data so history comes across rather than starting from an empty CRM.

  • Will my team actually use it?

That is the point of mapping your real sales motion first. A pipeline that mirrors how people already work gets adopted; a generic template does not.

  • How many pipeline stages should we have?

Usually five to seven. Fewer and the data tells you nothing; more and nobody keeps it updated. We land on the number by mapping how you actually close, not by copying a template.

  • Can we run more than one pipeline?

Yes - separate pipelines for new business, onboarding and renewals is a common setup. Each gets its own stages and automation so the reporting stays meaningful.

  • What happens to our existing data?

It gets mapped, de-duplicated and imported, so history comes across rather than starting from an empty CRM. I show you the mapping before anything is written.

  • Do you train the team?

Yes. Every CRM build includes a live training session and a written operating guide, because a pipeline nobody understands gets abandoned in a fortnight.
